Machine Tool Orders Post Strong Monthly, Year-Over-Year Gains

Machine tool orders posted strong gains in December on both a monthly and year-over-year basis, AMT – The Association for Manufacturing Technology said. Orders rose 39 percent from November and 18 percent from December 2019. It was a strong finish to a year that saw COVID-19 disrupt manufacturing operations.
