Andrew Jackson has over 15 years of manufacturing-based automation experience. He is a Certified Machine Safety Expert (CMSE) and has a core competency in safety assessments, performance calculations, and application of standards including ANSI B56.5 and EN/ISO 13849 - standards that are particularly pertinent to the applications of AMR’s, especially in high-motion environments such as manufacturing facilities. Aa a graduate of Lehigh University, Andrew started his career in general automation working with high precision measurement, traceability, and general sensing devices. He advanced through a specialization in Robotics Safety with a focus on Logistics & Manufacturing Robotics applications, PLC, and Safety Controller programming – skills heavily practiced when he served as the Regional Manager of East Coast Operations for an automation safety company.
