Integrating Additive Manufacturing into your organization is key to your future survival and success. Integrating AM is not just about technology but also dealing with people and change.
Learn from manufacturing professionals who have done this and have the scars to prove it. We will present a functional list of key areas that you must address and plan for. These involve:
- The first steps,
- Identifying strategic players,
- Supply chain,
- Operations, and production.
Throughout we will add commentary on lessons learned and value added benefits of AM.
