Lee Griffiths spent over 15 years working at Rolls-Royce in various roles spanning CAD, CAM, Manufacturing and Metrology. During this time, he implemented multiple metrology solutions into critical manufacturing environments for turbine blades, vanes and structural components. Lee also coached metrology best practices internally and externally.

Lee has been with GOM (a ZEISS company) since 2017 leading the aerospace activities, sharing knowledge and best practices with the GOM teams, customers and more recently across the full ZEISS portfolio.
